1. What is the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE)?

The Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) is Zambia’s official stock exchange where investors can buy and sell shares of listed companies.

4. How do I open a trading account?

To invest, you need to open a Central Securities Depository (CSD) account through Money Acumen Advisory. Requirements include:

NRC/Passport (for individuals)
Proof of residence
Bank account details
For companies: certificate of incorporation and supporting documents

One time account opening fee: K500

5. What are the fees involved?

Fees depend on the services and trade size. For a detailed, up-to-date fee schedule (brokerage commission, settlement fees, exchange fees, and any account maintenance fees), please contact Money Acumen Advisory or refer to your client onboarding package.

6. How do I place a trade?

Once your account is active and funded, you may place buy or sell orders through our dealing desk. Orders are executed on your behalf on the LuSE.

7. How do I monitor my investments?

We provide clients with account statements and trade confirmations. You can also track listed securities via the LuSE website.

8. When do I receive dividends?

If the company whose shares you hold declares dividends, payments are credited directly to your registered bank account.

9. Who regulates Money Acumen Advisory?
